Giancarlo was born to 1st generation immigrant parents. He grew up in a household under two hard working parents. As he grew up, he was witness to the difficulties that his parents came under after financial hardships through the 2008 Financial Crisis. Giancarlo understood the value in hard work and the importance of financial stability. He took out loans to go to St. John’s University in which he graduated with his Physician Assistant Degree. He worked in Emergency Medicine for years until he found his new passion in real estate. He spent countless hours reading and listening to podcasts on the way to work. He decided to take his knowledge and help his parents convert their single family into a two family for investment purposes. After success, he decided to pursue his passions and develop his business in Real Estate. He found that working hard, doing the right thing, and helping others propelled his business. He has specialized in home purchasing, foreclosure assistance, and renovations.
Miguel grew up in an immigrant household in NYC. He was the first generation to graduate from Adelphi University with a finance and marketing degree. He has worked in the finance industry for over 15 years, servicing and helping many clients to achieve financial success. In his years of working in the financial industry, he has also volunteered in many urban neighborhoods to provide financial literacy in public schools throughout NYC. This was his way of giving back to communities as he himself was never offered such education growing up. Miguel stumbled into real estate through his wife when they took over her family’s home, renovated, and rented the house out for many years. His passion for real estate grew when he decided to grow his rental portfolio. Miguel strives on providing support and service to families who not only need a home to live but to also provide easy and simple solutions when you need to sell your home.
Fabian graduated college and like most did not have a passion for what he pursued for a career. He began an Ecommerce store and found great success, but the business of selling goods online still didn’t fulfill him. The fear of not being able to find anything sustainable and fulfilling long term frightened him. The Financial Crisis didn’t just impact him personally but found it’s way to Fabian’s parents who also found hardship and almost lost their home he grew up in. Fabian knew he needed to do better not only for himself, but also his parents, which drove Fabian into everything real estate related to see if there was a way to save his childhood home. With this emerged a new found love and passion for real estate. Fabian found great joy and passion in helping others in difficult times with many different strategies and methods.
